How we charge
Fixed fee, or mandate.
Readiness, documentation, financial modelling and FDI advisory are fixed-fee services. You know the number before work starts.
Investor search and transaction support run on a mandate — a retainer plus a success fee, both agreed in writing before the first approach is made. We do not take a success fee on work we did not do.
